a university listed
in second board
able to raise funds by issuing shares
but does not providing the 'basic' instruments to the students

back to my story,
business department is the most profitable department
have their own building
4 levels building and has a small lift.

last time,
level 2 is a staff office and is a place where the students can chit chat
but now, due to increase of students
they remove that place and build classrooms there
walau..then where is our place
on the roof!!!

the 'better' part is that the small computer lab where
the comps are linked to the central printer also remove it
so, we force to go to library to do our research and printing
why i say it's a better part
because now is the final n the best part

a whole business department
from level 1 to level 4
u can't find any big stapler in it
surprising!!!
damn ridiculous oh...

few weeks ago, i passed my assignment
and asked the staff where is the stapler
they replied to me that
all the stapler are spoil due to
some students are too powerful
dunno how their use the staplers
n some of them even steal it for personal benefit
hello, may i know what is the cost of a stapler
and how much a student pay for the resource fee EACH year

so, from now on, all students bring their own staplers to college
and to make sure all the students know this announcement
the 'secretary' of the department has sent a short email to our accounts
wth....

i really want to complain to my dean that
why dun u fire some of the unnecessary stuff
and use their salaries to buy more instruments
for the students...

now, a whole building fulled of classes,
no place for students to chit chat
no stapler to use
no printer to use

quite sarcastic oh....

and still that uni student

yesterday, i went to jungle tracking
with my frens in Bukit Tabur
some where around TAR college

is really difficult to climb up or down,
some parts need to use rope to hold

and the whole journey takes 3-4 hrs to complete

last week, went to my relative new house
in the mines resort
is a 2 units bungalow
costs around rm3-3.5million
has a badminton and basketball court

but what make me attracted is his karaoke room and the refrigerator
the refrigerator just the normal freezer
put has some diamonds on it
and it costs about rm10,ooo

the karaoke room, is fantastic
inside has a washroom and using a projector as display screen
and a touch screen to choose your songs
what songs u want also have
damn best, right
is really really similar like the redbox karaoke room
i meanthe vip room not the normal room that we usually used
to sing k

one more attractive part is that he lives in the same area with
our former prime minister Tun Doctor Mahathir house
is about few meters only

there is a new campus in subang2
for Help university college
maybe is the biggest private university in mas
so, should be proud to be a help student

before i study in help
many said that help is considered a top university
when i study, the answer is yes
but for the lecturers only
all of them are professionals

sadly to say that the facilities are not well organized
recently, some projectors are built
but some are out of services
not only students make a lot of complaining,
but includes the lecturers...
one of my first class degree lecturers always mentions
there is a first class lecturer but with the third class facilities
this is true, i fully agree with this point

money earned is to spend but spend it wisely, ok!!
help able to afford each lecturer with one hp laptop
that costs around rm5-6,ooo
but the problem is everytime the lecturer need to carry in and out
from the office to the class or vice-versa

why dun just install the normal desktop in each classes
then the lecturers just bring their pen-drives and plug in and use
is this safer and more convenient.

anyway, to me
i really really appreciate my lecturers and tutors
they all are professionals and excellent
without them, i still like a small kid

remember one thing
degree is just a passport and a must during interview
so dun proud of your degree
whether is come from overseas uni or local uni
or first class or second upper
the important is how to apply it when u are in working

walau ler
one word to mention it is 'geng'
when i saw the news about the spm
dmn a lot of students scored straight A
some of them ever scored 13-15A1
damn outstanding

may i know is there any rules stated that
the maximum subjects taken by a students
if not every yr will be a new record/history

why students work so hard
for what....faces is it!!!
to get number one in class
almost half the day studying while the rest in sleeping
so stress for what

dun be so kiasu, ok!
if everyone wants to get number1, then there will not be a number2
i'm very pity for the young students
know how to study esp memorize, but dunno know to enjoy..
is a sad thing in this world

similar to businessman
they know how to do business and know business theory
buy at a low price and sell it at a high price,
with technology, sells it in bulk to gain large profit

but one thing they forget about it,
is how to spend money
they only know how to earn but not in spending
then earn so much money for what...

for me, businessman must know how to earn money
using computer technology..
Besides earning money, they also must know how to spend it
not spending all the money, just spend partial or 20-30% of net income.

one thing all the human being must know
we stay to enjoy life, not stay to survive.

No doubt that he is a great and successful entrepreneur
but before he become an entrepreneur
you know who is he, which uni he graduated

let me tell you,
he is a chartered accountant also
so, 'dun play play' around with accountants

who say accountant always faces with report, data or numerical transaction
and seldom communicate with people..antisocial.....
u know which department is the most powerful in an organization
u know how much of an accountant earned

accounting department is the heart of the organization
similar a processor inside a computer
without processor, all the things not able to operate
without this department, the whole company go bankrupt...

u heard about Enron company in US,
u know why this big and multinational company collapsed..
because of the activities done by accountant or finance controller

u know who the person make the order, do the payment n receipt,
controlling the cash flow and manage the profit of an organization.
u know why China is growing faster than other countries
cause they import a lot of accountant esp from malaysia

can an accountant make false information?

we debit acc. receivable n credit sales
if the debtors are invalid, means no much persons
and takes the inventory for personal purpose

first thing need to mention is that
had a great and fantastic holidays with family
luckily din choose to study for the last sem

be a year2 student, so everything also in stage2/ level2
that means all things like assignment are in doubles
still got 2 more years to go before saying sayonara to my uni life

today is my first time attending year2 lecture
seeing my old frens, chatting and have lunch with them
the price remain the same, not much different
but not guarantee that it still remain the same
after the general election

but what the big different in our class is
normally our class will have 300 plus students
but now just a quarter only
so, the lecturers definitely will recognize my 'hang fook' face
next time need to skip classes also cannot lei
so sad...
but, i'm sure my 'smart brain' would find a best solution
cause nothing is perfect

first day attending lecture got homework to do already,
task that need to think, be creative and innovative

a person doing audit or person who good in calculate
last time, i mentioned about the different between acca and cpa
then, this time may i know an accountant
graduated from overseas same with graduated from local
both also chartered accountant
but one is overseas degree

a person goes overseas will spend about six digits per year while
the other will just spend five digits for private university
no need to mention about government uni oh...
both graduated with different degrees
but still have to take cpa cert to become chartered accountant

so what the point??
six digits not a huge amount to the upper income group
but how about the lower one
if go aus, one year about rm1o0k(depend on which city)
hehe... can buy a new honda civic

later, both also become chartered accountant
one with aus degree but one drives a honda civic
